Magnificent historic complex in Tuscany
In the heart of Chianti Gallo Nero, there is an important historical complex that was built in 1100 as a military watchtower.

Over the years it belonged to Florentine nobles, including the Princes Corsini. The historic residence has a 360° view over one of the most beautiful valleys in Chianti.
The structure of 1,250 sqm can be used as a single unit or divided into 8 independent flats. The property includes a tower dating back to 1100, 3 cellars and 1 large vat cellar, a large terrace with breathtaking views, a panoramic portico, a well, an oven and a cloister.
The complex is surrounded by a hectare of olive groves, a small wood and ample parking.


In 1983 a meticulous conservative restoration was carried out (original oak or chestnut beams, 15th century terracotta floors, large threshing floor in original Serena stone, fireplaces), door jambs and windows still in stone with coats of arms of noble families.
